Great question! Please expect to learn about the body and how it handles stress. You will learn somatic exercises (e.g., breathing) and mindfulness and meditation exercises. We teach you these skills over video calls.
You will expect that the treatment is intense which means we typically see patients multiple times per week to focus on skill building. This intensity is usually kept for 2-3 weeks. Afterwards, the frequency may be reduced based on your individual need and treatment goals.
