Wellness

I provide wellness services specializing in sleep and to reduce stress using principles and skills from my specialized therapeutic services. I am collaborating with the Heal Center in Atlanta, GA. I will be providing services to people who seek to maintain their health or prevent illness. In collaboration with the Heal Center, I will provide classes and workshops grounded in nervous system regulation, biofeedback, and self-compassion. These services are for adults with stable medical condition who are seeking to balance their body and maintain recovery from an illness.
